At Zeitauktion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury timepiece or accessory. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique return authorization number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the item in its original brand box along with all certificates and manuals, ensuring it is packed securely inside a protective shipping carton.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous tracking labels are visible.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over the package to your nearest authorized courier point; once our experts verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
